I´ve just downloaded the F-zero GX ISO and the Beyond Good and Evil ISO, got two mini DVD-R and Nero installed. The thing is that F-zero has 1144.41MB while BG&E has 1392.34MB. I did read some where that the GC ISO should have an exact size, so I downloaded FSTFiX and I´m not sure if I have to use it or not, this software has so many options that I'm not sure what to do! Acctually it has 4 options, "New File Alignment", "3GIG Padding + File Alignment", "Autodetection + Streamfix" and "Tweak Align method".
What should I do? What is this software for and when should I use it?
PS. My cube has a Viper running Cobra 1.2
    Thanks.

Newest Cobras has already built-in audiofix(streamfix) so you can use F T

Heh, meaning of FSTfix can be understanded in two ways, options that can be used, F S T, or when it fixes FST named file:p

I´m sorry can you explain that better? I have no idea what you are talking about... I new on this GameCube/Cobra thing. I did search the forum and Google for an explanation on the fix but I could not find it...
    Thanks!

Ok, so I did burn Beyond Good and Evil ISO using Nero (not the Express) but it did not work. After selecting the direct boot at the Cobra menu I get a red box wich askes me to look at Nintendo GameCube manual... How do I know if it is a media problem or the ISO problem?
    Thanks.

If you get the red box, you probably can't tell if it is a problem with the media or the ISO, but chances are it's with the media, because I can tell you that the Beyond Good and Evil ISO size you have is exactly correct. (Do note, however, that I've downloaded ISOs of smaller sizes that I have burned and that worked just fine.) Try running it in a GameCube emulator, and see if it runs. If it does run, at any FPS, then it's probably a media problem.

Oh, and BTW, when burning with Nero, YOU MUST CHECK "FINALIZE DISC". If you did not check this, it would explain why your disc did not work. [bold]THE DISC MUST BE FINALIZED.[/bold]

    Thanks again!

Ok still trying to find were the problem is... I did try to load the Beyond Good and Evil ISO on the Dolphin v1.02 but it did not work either. Now I don´t know if it´s the ISO, the emulator or the media problem. I´ll buy some dotcom medias but until them I´d like to make sure I´m doing every thing right. I have a few games (Mario Tennis, Mario Sunshine and Mario Kart) on mini DVDs that are not original but run just fine on my GC. Is there anyway I could backup them to my current media and then test on the GC? Can I use nero for that or a need something else?
-PLEASE some one provide me a link to this all stremfix and FSTFiX stuff, I want to learn what that is for... Where can I learn all about this GC files, backup, fix, cobra, etc?
    - I also downloaded F-zero GX ISO but the file s3-fzero.r23 is missing, I con´t find that to download so I´ll have to wait the other ISOs to finish downloading to continue the tests. I´m so frustrated!
