I have a WMV clip I downloaded. When I play it back it acts like a streaming clip. I can't fast foward or rewind. If I try to the clip starts over from the begining.
How do I convert it so it is not a streaming clip and I can fast forward and rewind it?

symptom of a broken index .. load it into avidemux, let that rebuild the index.. then save the file with a different name.. problem solved
