    lads anyone help im having trouble tryin to download the program to update my starview box it wont let me download the file any suggestions

    ye i only bought it in peats its wen i go to download the bin file the program keeps saying i need to get another file off the net wats that all about

    you need WINRAR to extract the files.
    Google WinRar & download it to your desktop.

    Double click on it & choose the file you want to open.

    sorry was workin the last few days ive tried that i have the file saved on my computer but wen i go to run it it says cant find file any ideas

    download the file to your desktop, double click it and open with winrar, it will extract the files, when you have done this take the bin file from winrar and place it on your desktop and its ready to use, when you start the gtrom loader, click bin file, it will ask you for the file, select desktop from the drop down menu add the file from the desktop
