   is there a way i can get the new rosters for games such as madden, nhl...etc on my computer and transfer them onto my xbox without using xbox live?

   I use Maxdrive to transfer gamesaves, cheats, roster updates, etc..etc.. You can download the rosters directly from codejunkies, here's the link..
