dRD - when i make a new post, the one at the bottom of the page, when i search for all my posts, disappears. This happens each time i make a new post and has been happening for a few days now. I've placed well over 100 posts for sure and my user type hasnt gone up to reflect this. can you fix it please? If not, Jim'll Fix it... lol
Cheers dRD, i presume you did it manually though, because i am still missing loads of threads. It only goes back as far as the 10th June now.
As I said -- the searchythingy shows last 100 msgs you've posted, you have appx. 250msgs as of yesterday posted to these forums, very respectable number (a good headstart to take over Dela as number #1, he has 5000+ post lead . And the updater runs only once a week, you managed to squeeze yourself above 100msgs limit and are now Member
I thought your rating went up as you made quality posts not how many. Did this change or has it always been this way and i was just misled?
This used to be the case, but after we got into a point where we have 70,000 members and appx. 1200 new messages posted to the forums each and every day, it kinda made the analysis of quality posts rather impossible. And this also led to a situation that users started whining about their Newbie statuses, etc. The Senior Member and above statuses are still hand-picked.
