Dream 500c - Help needed

Hi All
I have a dreambox500c and recently it stopped working, all i get is the freeview channels. I downloaded an image file from digital world and this flashed ok on my dream box however I still just got the freeview channels. I did not select flash-erase when doing the flash. All I have is a null model cable so does anyone know what I need to do to fix this problem. I would appreciate it if someone can tell me how I would go about finding and updating the latest image and how I update the latest keys on the box. Anyone know where I can find these and update these on the box?. Any help is greatfull.
