Without describing the problem nobody can help. Flash a uk modded image, upload the irish cables.xml to var/etc, reboot the box , do a scan and enable an emu in the blue button menue. Common interface is not a emu.
thanks mgb17 .. i can not seeem to connect to the download section its keep asking me for my dreambox ip address which in turn i do its de right address as iv checked it are you based in dublin ? many thanks
Use dreamup and a nullmodem cable for flashing and untick network inside dreamup. For ftping the irish cables.xml set the pc network card to a fixed IP and set the dreambox IP in the network settings to a IP in the same subnet. You need a crossover network cable for a direct connection between box and pc.
