Hi my dreambox stopped working a couple of days ago - cannot get any channels apart from ITV/BBC. I have been readng the fix to manually enter codes but when i try this and get the plugins screen up all i have is: Recover Recording EIT Start Direct Recording Stop Direct Recording Teletext Start Ngrab Recording Stop Ngrab Recording and nowhere can i find the TuxBox Commander. Can anyone help as am desparate to get it working again. the box didnt come with any leads so we cant use downloads to update it.

hello ok i see you need a null modem cable,the digitalworldz image and the dream up software mine never came with one either, did you already have the image on when you bought it? i have only had mine a few months and really struggled myself getting the new codes working, you need to use the topic 9th april new codes on the forum when you get your image done as they are the most uptodate codes working

you can get a null modem cable from ebay or any computer shop and for the digitalworldz image digitalworldz.co.uk originally made it and its is quite good, up until last night its the first problem i have had with it for quite a few months you can go ot the website digitalworldz but its not so easy to download as you need about 15 posts i think to be able to download, i got someone to put mine on so never had that to do someone on here may be able to help u
You can also get Tuxbox commander if you have your dreambox connected to the web; Press the blue button, Press 2 (ADDONS), Goto Download and install, Goto Plugins, Goto Tuxbox Commander and select; and press yes to Install. Now you will have Tuxbox Commander when you press the yellow button.
