HI, I am new to this forum and would really appreciate some help. I have a dreambox 500 which has recently gone down. I have flashed the box with the DW 2.0 image with success. I have put in the most recent keylist file and also added the new nag7 file to the ver/keys file using ftp. The problem is when i connect the box to the T.V and router and power up it doesnt find anything on the transponder scan using the bruteforce. I am flashing the box in my office but connecting to the t.v at home but both nt hell network. Also my kryptview is working fine at home using the same lines. Any ides because i have spent days trying to work it out? Much appreciated
hi i used the nt#l uk one from http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/9/647188 I have uploaded the latest nag7.bin file so it should be auto updating is what i think. So it shouldn't really matter what codes i put in it should up date them. Its really got me stuck this one. Cant find much help? You have any ideas?
Select old tuner in the expert menu, reboot the box and try a scan again. Btw the channel scan has no affiliation to any keys.
i am in the same boat can you help i have a dreambox 5oo for cable tv and i have a problem geting it running i have so far got the radio and 3 channells going i of the 3 channells are all the euronews channels can someone help me to input the new keys i dont know where to begin
