Dreambox 500c Help Flashing

    I have a dreambox 500c and whenever i connect it with the rs232 lead it does not connect i have never had a problem like this with anyother 1's i have sold. would be greateful for some help

    open dreamup click connect then plug in the d500c power lead and it should connect

    MAKE SURE YOU HAVE COM 1 IN YOUR PORT BOX IN DREAM UP.
