Dreambox 500c help!! i factory reset by accident

My dreambox somehow got set back to factory settings. Can someone please help me get it back to normal

I can connect it up with an ethernet cable to download the software but which do i download??

Also when i go into to auto scan channells the option of n*l ireland/bruteforce isnt there anymore.

all boxes are down the last two days hold off and flash with dw v2

 

you see im abit stupid and dont know what you mean by flash with dw v2 ??

 

flash with universal dream up and use the dw v2 image file

 

Can you give me a guide on doing that please?

 

When i try to scan for channels i only get to providers

ALL (SR6900)
ALL (SR6875)

How do i get the n*l ones back.

Also which cam do i use?

download dream up from this site and theres loads of post in here on how to flash its quite easy but you need to have an image file to load as well dw 1.6.5 or dw v2

 

can i do this without that null wire i think its called. I dont have that all i have is an ethernet wire

 

works better with the null modem cable if your in ire***d you might have a prob apparently boxes are down everywhere trying to sort mine as it is with no joy

 

how do you do it without it?

 

great difficulty trying to find a file to make the box rollover any ideas.....

 

anybody have an image of dw2? can't get one off the net?

 

yeah same with me im from dublin my dreambox 500c has been down a couple days now anybody no whats goin on or how 2 put the codes in i have a eurovox box and got the codes for that and all the channels are back just had to type in a a code in some menu but is it the same for the dream box? or differnt codes or what please HELLLLLP thanks
