dreambox 500c in dublin i need help fast!!!

    ok lads i have a dreambox 500c living in dublin on NTL! all stations went today and i need help as this is my first time, i dont no how to do anything with this as i have never had to do it b4. please can somebody explain to me in basic english that i will understand. would be very greatful
