my dreambox 500 c any time i turn on a channel it says service could not be found ... no epg avaible went back to factory restore settings and tried to install channels again no luck can anyone help feel like kickin the box up the fucken garden , its gettin the better of me
when i turn it on it says gp and on tv mode i press a channel and its just blank tries all the settings no good
You have the Gemini Image. Is your dreambox connected to the internet or can it be? Do you have a Null modem cable?
no its just connected to the tv my broadband is in the kitchen what is the conection ur about ive tried all the transponder scan ntl wont come up only sr 6900 searched that and the other number all it is saying is all know transponders have being tried but no lock was possible verfity antenna- cable - set up when i done it first i was able to click on ntl for the transponders scan its doing my head in

You won't be able to find channels without the right image!!! THe Hard Way Gemini has no NTL scanning frequencies. You have to go through more bother and pain to upload the frequencies into the dreambox folder where cables.xml is.
