Hi i have a dreambox dm 500-c and NTL have worked their magic again and scrambled it. I have the usual NTL stuff rte, net 2, tv3 etc but bbc and c4 and all movies stations and music gone, can anyone help or is it gone forever?
if you update the firmware that should return the channels you had up to this point,if there is no updated firmware you could do a manual input of the ntl codes.
Thanks for the help but i wouldn't exactly know how to do this i'm a kinda plug it in and hope for the best kinda gal, i have tried putting old codes into it from this site though and it got me back a few stations but not all of them. Any idea how i go about getting the NTL codes ? As i'm sure they wouldn't be polite enough to give them to me ha ha!
Codes wont work I'm afraid! You'll just have to wait, hope and pray a fix for N2 comes out soon,which seems unlikely as Dreamboxes have no official support team. but you never know.......
