Dreambox DM500 N*L dissconnected all channels Dublin 6

    I have a Dreambox DM500 Processor: STBx25xx. 252MHz
    Frontend: Cable

    Software Version: 1.6.5.26.04.2007

    Can anyone help me get my channells back please. Please note i'm new to the forum and haven't got the slightest clue what to do!
    I think id could be something to do with my EMU code because I have some of the standard channels e.g. Rte 2 and TV3 but not RTE 1 or any other channels.
    Please Help!

    i have a dm500 box but it has completly gone off yesterday , now it doesnt even come on the screen. it powers up ok but nothing on screen. i dont no much about this so can some 1 help plz?
