Drive keys are assigned to a console. You need the drive that orginally came with that console and pull it off of that drive.
by putting it into mode B with a slax cd, and running the command prompts that will dump the FW onto your pc (usually via dos commands, or with firmware toolbox.) look up how to flash a 360. then once you get the key from your original drive, flash the new drive with the original drives key.
yea i flash my HITACHI 59DJ last night,but how do i get my drive key off my BenQ drive. does that have to be in mobeb,can you tell me the best way to do that.
no offense or anything, but you should have done a lot more research and reading before you attempted any of this, because you are asking some pretty basic questions that have been answered numerous times and are covered in every tutorial that is on this site and many others. but to get the key off the benq drive you have to flash it. and no you dont use slax or mode b, that is only for hitachi drives.
ok the benq is dead simple to flash but i would strongly advise you read tuts its same thoery as the samsungs so it isnt difficult i use iprep to prepare the usb but read the guide for noobs just google it if you dont understand one part of it dont do it as you will endup with a brick if you do go for it but beware of the bug in iprep not sure if it has been corrected yet it is highlighted in the tut
