drive not working, help!

I have a Samsung SH-S182 and today I decided to add another Samsung SH-S182, but once I installed it both drives just stopped responding. Anyone know what i should do?

 

when i unplug the new drive i installed the old drive works again. how can i get them both to work?

 

one drive should be set on "Master" and the other one set as a "Slave" so check your jumper pins on the back of the drive

 

how do i set it to slave?

 

check your manual i wouldn't be sure which one to tell you without seeing the drive

call Samsung or asked the dealer you got the drive from
