Your help would be greatly appreciated I have bought a Kryptview A780 and trying to install the firm on to the box is causing me all sorts of problems. I am using a laptop with windows 7 to install the firmware, therefor using a usb to Rs232 lead. The problem is that windows can not find the driver when i connect up the A780. I have followed windows troubleshooting to no avail, just keeps saying unable to find the driver. I can't seem to find anyone else having this problem which leads me to think its hopefully something simple. thanks
did you not get a disc with the USB lead? I suggest you read the tut below http://forums.afterdawn.com/t.cfm/f-59/kryptview_updating_scanning_tutorial-855010/
