drivers not found on windows 7

Your help would be greatly appreciated

I have bought a Kryptview A780 and trying to install the firm on to the box is causing me all sorts of problems.

I am using a laptop with windows 7 to install the firmware, therefor using a usb to Rs232 lead.

The problem is that windows can not find the driver when i connect up the A780. I have followed windows troubleshooting to no avail, just keeps saying unable to find the driver.

I can't seem to find anyone else having this problem which leads me to think its hopefully something simple.

did you not get a disc with the USB lead?

No i didn't get a disc with the lead, im assuming i should have. Is there anything i can do?

I have used windows to try and get the driver but no joy, just keeps saying unable to find drivers

go to the site for the driver you need, the manufacturer of the cable your using

Install the drivers first, then attach the cable
