I just installed a sony dru-700a. It burns my video just fine on vcd and even burns music just fine, but when i try to burn dvd videos, the program just dissappears. I tryed using both nero ultra 6 and roxio media creator 7, both do the same thing. I tryed mutliple videos burning with no luck. I whipped out both programs reinstalled updated, nothing. I updated the firmware to the latest., nothing. I wok as a computer technicain and i am out of ideas. Could anyone swing some things my way? Oh yeah would the lack of a region code in the drives settings on the computer make a difference, I just thought of that here when i was typing?
Roxio and Nero dont mix. My advise would be to Un-Install Roxio and Nero, then Just intstall NERO, only, and give that a go. Regards CoZZa
