DS Lite, replacement top screen cable, is there a replacement?

    Hi,

    I have found a broken NDS Lite that the hinges are broken and the cable for the top screen is possibly broken. I would like to get it and try and fix it up for myself. I can find the hinges and tutorial easy enough, but I can't find a ribbon cable for the top screen. Is there such a replacement part, and if so, where can I locate it?

    Ribbon cable is built into top screen. You need to replace the entire top screen if the cable is bad.

    Nope, there's no replacement cable, you'll need to replace the top screen. Keep in mind that to do this you will need to solder the speakers onto the new screen's ribbon cable as well.
