Hi, Newbie here. Sorry if this is in the wrong place BUT my son't DS has been acting up lately. He has an R4 card and has several games on it. On April 14th it stopped working so I downloaded the new firmware from the manufacturer's website and all worked fine but some saved games disappeared (problem 1). Then at the weekend I downloaded him some new games and discovered that the menu works fine but when the new games are selected (not brand new games, oldish ones - Cars MaterNational and a couple of Pokemon ones) all we get is the white screens and nothing. I have tried disabling the soft reset as suggested but still no joy. Any advice please? Thanks. <edit> sorry, forgot to say its an R4 upgrade revolution (not the new new one) and the firmware is 1.2
