Hi everyone, My daughters DS has an issue im not sure how to get around. Basically on the touch screen you cannot see anything except for lines of various colours going across the screen. Im guessing she has dropped it or got it wet. Im just wondering on a solution for this, is there a way to fix it as it is or would buying a new screen fix it etc? Im not sure where the actual problem lies. The actual touching of the screen seems responsive, it is purely the display. regards, Mark.
It could be the screen, however without taking the DS to pieces there is no way of knowing. Strip out the screen. if its water damage it should be evident.
