    Hi new poster here .

my son has an old style ds and when using the bottom touch screen it seems where he touches on the screen it appears on the actual screen approx 1 com below. e.g. if he touches the dead centre of the screen with the stylus , the actual ds thinks he`s touched 1 cm below that point. ( i hope you understand that) . Ive tried calibrating the screen but it doesnt seem to do it correctly, i touch the cross hairs in the top left ,bottom right and centre but it just seems to constantly repeat this ( so i dont get the calibration complete screen)

any ideas of how i can resolve this ?

Is this costly to fix and would i need to send ds away for repair or are there shops which will fix this ?
