DS-X Questions, help me out plz

    Ok, after looking into all the different cards out there i decide i am going to get the ds-x. But i would like to know if their are nes or snes emulators that i can use on the ds-x for ds mode. Also i would like to know if i will be able to save my progress while playing a game like new super mario bros, will my saved game file dissapear once i start playing a different ds game or turn off the system?
