what kind of card are you using, brand wise, Supercard, M3Perfect, GBAmp? The following is taken directly from the DSorganize website.

How do I run DSOrganize on my Nintendo DS?

Simple, really. You just need some method of running homebrew on your DS that is compatible with Rein FAT libraries. This includes the GBAMP (recommended), SuperCard, M3, and several other card types. If you look inside the archive, there are three different files on the root. The .nds is for GBAMP, the .sc.nds is for SuperCard, and the .ds.gba is for M3Perfect cards. One or more of these files may work on other types of cards out there, but compatibility is not guaranteed.
