Is there any way to change a dual audio and maybe subtitle video file so that it's only one video and audio while keeping the same resolution. If I can do that, I'll be join them into one larger file. Or If someone knows a way to join dual audio files that would probably help more. Thanks for any help.

I wasn't really sure what thread to put this in, so I put it in here.

What container are they in and do you want to keep the same container? Because about the only general answer I can give is to use mmg/mkvmerge to merge into one mkv file, unticking the streams that you don't want.
mmg supports most stuff as input and mkv can handle just about anything.

But why do you want to do that? Removing an audio stream won't remove more than 300 MB and a dual-layer DVD modified in such a way won't fit on a single-layer DVD.

If you have the whole DVD set, you can do it with DVD Shrink__RE-author. It is the only method to make a dual layer DVD to fit into a single-layer DVD.

Otherwise you must demux the M2V video and the wanted audio stream, then re-author them all toghether. ReJig (careful with the delay between the AC3 and the video) can do both.

If you ust want to change the stream set in an AVI file, you can simply rearrange it with VirtualDubMod. (Stream___Stream List--> move (drag and drop)/delete/add (to load a new one) the audio stream).
Just set Video__Direct Stream Copy, before saving the modified file.
