You lucked out with the dl riteks, congrats on that! I haven't tried them,but they should be a heck of a lot better than those phillips dls that memorex also uses. Good luck and burn on buddy!
I am on my 2nd 25 Memorex (Ritek) pack, haven't had a problem with any of them. Got 1st pack at CompUSA and 2nd on Buy.com. I know that CompUSA has them on sale this week for $49.99. Also, for anyone who missed the BB $19.99 10pk of Verbatim, newegg.com has the 10pk for $31.99 w/$2 shipping. Still expensive, but much cheaper than the $62.99 BB has at their store.
@Doc Ty -- I'm in northern VA and I checked 4 BB's today and everything thing is gone. I don't need the DL's (don't have the burner) but thought I might be able to find some here and ship them your way out west, but no luck.
The DL Verba are no longer on sale on BB's website ... (They're sold out anyways - at least on-line) Office Depot has Verbatim +R DL on sale 3 for $9.99 thru the 8th
@tsquare THANK YOU very much for thinking of me when you went out to the various bestbuys in your local area, i sincerely appreciate the extra effort and concern~ yes, as much as i speak so highly of the Verbs DL here on AfterDawn, it's a shame that i myself couldn't get any at the stores or online, but i DO have a friend, maxburn, that DID manage to get me 2 packs, so, i want to give him some credit on here for "making it happen" for me. thanks to everyone else that tried to help me out in getting them, i want to thank all of those that have at least "tried" on my behalf, you will be remembered by me and the next time i can do something for you Taiyo Yuden related, send me a PM and i'll "hook you up"
