Dual Monitors Question

    Hello. I have a question about my dual monitors. What I want to do is be able to run a full screen game on one while the internet or instant messanger is on the other screen and be able to scroll or hotkey back and forth between the two screens. I haven't been able to find a program that allows to go to the other screen with a full screen program running. please help......
