DUBLIN - New model NTL Box with card - Can cards be re-written?

    So TheBox is dead. RIP

    I have a proper NTL box with a card, the newer version [Pace, DVB]

    Is there anything out there to reprogramme the cards?

    No. Not as far as I'm aware. What would you try and write to it? The encryption has never been emulated.

    And never likely to be either by the looks of it they have done a gud one on it this time as N3 has not even been hacked in the past 3 yrs of its excistence even on the sat scene and that is where it needs to be done first in order for it to filter down to the cable scene.
