The file you downloaded from the link is fine. You need wrar370.exe to extract it, this can be found in the link at the end of my post entitled Eamos FTA Library. Scroll dowm to the bottom of the page of the Library and you will see it.

 

is that file still availiblei have tried to download it but it keeps timing out could some one email or post a new link please
