duplicate thread by accident /apologies

done factory resetwith 1668. Turned off at mains. Rescanned numerous times but still am short channels . Do i need to update firmware or is it a turner problem? All houses in area seem to b havin same trouble. Is it due to adverse weather. Located in tramore waterford. Is inputing freqs manually the way to go ? Cheers ladis i'm not used to the antenna crack
