    i have a dell pentium 4 and when i put a 30g hard drive with window xp home edition sp3 the computer keep starting over

    was that windows already loaded on another pc before you put it in the dell?

    i paid for the programand i tried to put it on the dell computer i have upgrade it to win xp sp3 the hard is 10g and i was trying to put 30g in it. it was not load on another pc

    you are replacing the 10gig with a 30gig, correct? who makes the 2 hard drives & how are the jumpered as in master, slave or cable select?

    the hard drive is a maxtor and the jumper is on the master
