DV Editing Program Help

    I have raw video footage I got from a Mac and burnt to a DVD. I transfered it to my Windows computer and I am having a lot of trouble finding an editing program that supports .dv files. Are there any? if so, what is the best one? (price is no concern to me) Thanks
