hello is there anybody who can help me i av a dv3 digi vox and i have lost all my channels i am on virgin and pay the low package when i first bought this digivox it came with a 4 digit code which i havnt got anymore and i think i need it for my digivox to work its the code that you need when you first turn it on is there anybody out there who no's where i can get this code from
parental control is faded does that mean my dv3 digi vox has gone down i carnt get any channels would it av anything to do with the frequency can i change it i av got the instructions here from when i bought it and done everything it says i can get the virgin that i pay for monthly but when i turn my digi vox i get absolutly nothing any help would be great thanx
if you cant highlight parental control then you have to go to installation and do an automatic scan on your provider nthell or whatever youy are and you will see the channels been scanned in then when they scan in you have to go to system info and go into it and just type 1004 on your remote and a new menu will appear so go down to key emu and turn it on then exit and you should be fine if not write back what happens
thanks for the reply but i have done the automatic scan 3 or 4 times and its not finding any channels at all i am on virgin i av turned emu on but still nothing cud it be the frequency because i am getting signal
are you doing the scan on the right provider if so try do a factory reset 0000 and try the scan on the right provider
i have done all that you said do you my digivox has gone down like i say there is signal on the box but its just not finding any channels
right then .. try scan it on a couple of the other provider just to see what happens cos if there is a signal you must have the pipe in the right place in the cable input and the to your telly from cable out put not tv output ... what version is on your box aswell go into system info and tell us what s/w version it has on it and also when your in system info type in 1004 and reset the key default and turn the key emu on im just trying to think whats going wrong cos usually when you do a scan and your not finding channels its your pipe not connected or your using the wrong provider or maybe the s/w is wrong
Hello i scanned all the providers cable,ntl,ex&cw,and om still getting nothing i have turned the emu on and all my cables are in the correct place the s/w version is v02-2.6000 BX and i had a look in the nagravison screen it says NTL PROVIDER ID 54-01 KEY NUMBER 00 KEY DATA 98 89 2F 99 66 B8 DF DF it lets me change it to cable from ntl but when i leave that screen and go back its back to NTL i hope this is givesyou some idea thanks
all i can think of is to flash the box with s/w version 2.800 and it should reboot aswell it might do some thing you will find everything in the digivox file in eamos library at the of celtic71 post
yes i agree flash to vers 2.800 to see if it fixes problem,and when u scan u have coaxial coming from wall to cable input n no splitters.
you will need null modem cable and you will need the software downloader 10 and firmware version 2.800

just logging off now but if you look down through the threads you will find one called digivox tutorial read through the posts on that and ask questions there hope you get it sorted mate
