I've got a Philips SPD2413P DVDRW drive on an MSI RS480M2 motherboard, and, for whatever reason, the drive stops responding after a short while. It will read discs fine and burn them after a reboot or after the device is disabled/enabled, but this is only a temporary fix. Has anyone ever seen this before? I made sure to grab the latest firmware, but it didn't help. Is there any way to fix this annoyance? Thanks for any assistance you can offer me.
Have a similar prob with my new philips burner, it will burn about 30% and then shut down with error note, am using Nero 7 that came with the drive? Any clues?
