OK. So I hastily purchased #1 DVD Audio Ripper after a little research, get the cd in the mail, use the code I was sent using it's directions, and nothing. Then, carefully reread everything to make sure I got it correct and I did. Several attempts later from trying to contact Apollo and support and still nothing and no replies. Have I been duped? Anyone know if these folks are somewhat reputable?
OK. Still same problem, but I did get it to work somewhat. So far I ripped some audio from some dvds I have for an online class and they worked. I worked for a while doing this so maybe there is no trial period going on here. I still cannot enter my code to officially "register". I still am mad at myself. I know better, but honestly I thought I was downloading the program and not getting a mailed copy. We'll see. Thanks.
