    For all newbies like me:
If you have CCE Basic that can be found here: http://www.cinemacraft.com/files/cce/ccebt269.zip

you'll need Mpeg2Dec3dg.dll (from decodefix100.zip), can be found at
    http://www.avisynth.org/warpenterprises/files/decodefix100.zip
    also AviSynth (ver.2.55) here:
    http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/SupportUtils/AviSynth_255.exe

If you have CCE SP Trial - download here:
    http://www.mitcorp.co.uk/images/ccspt270.zip

you'll also need EclCCE that can be found here /version 1.81/:
    http://home.arcor.de/caranthir2/eclcce.zip

Everything else is described in frequently mentioned tutorials:
    http://www.afterdawn.com/guides/archive/dvd_rebuilder_tutorial.cfm
    and
    http://www.doom9.org/mpg/dvdrb.htm (very useful)

Hope this helps to lot of people. Enjoy your backups.
    H.
