hi gang when i try to buyrn a dvd(which i never did before)the software doesnt "feel "the dvd in the burner what can i do?i know its a config problem so what can i do?im on xp and its a sony dvd multi recorder.im not sure oof the model but it does say "rw dvd+recorable.thanks... ben bernie
I have had this problem. You could eject and reinsert the disc. You could try different media, like a regular cd rom, and if that works try a different brand of dvdr, I heard sony burners sometimes don't know their own media lol! Update your codecs, maybe try dvd identifier, update your firmware (not sure how to do this) good luck!
