    Ok,
So I upgraded my xp to vista beta 2. The upgrade allowed me keep my documents intact. I decided that I didn't want to keep using vista, so I restored my factory settings (including xp). Before I did the restore I backed up 8 gig of stuff on two dvds. I used Nero normal data dvd. The disc is verbatim DVD +R 16x. Both discs went through the burn process without a hitch. However, when I tried to copy the documents back onto my computer I discovered that only one of the discs was readable. The other one won't even get recognized (after the explorer.exe stalls trying to read it). I made the mistake of not checking the discs before I did the factory settings restore. In other words, Nero wrote something..... and I need it. Is there some sort of emergency programs, CSI something or other, that can extract the data off of my disc?

    Please Please?

By the way, I know that something must have gotten on the disc, because every time I put it into a drive the computer stalls.
