This indicates a major problem somewhere for sure. The last write address should be a large positive number. Nero isn't identifying the particular media being used which is not a good sign. Your burner is very old. I assume you have a Dell. I'm not sure when the burner firmware was last updated by Dell and whether it allows for some of the newer media. Have you been using this same blank media previously with success? Try this. In Recode select the Image Recorder as the output device instead of your DVD burner and output a Nero nrg (image) file. Check the outputed file size. It should be several gigabytes. Then try burning that nrg (image) file with ImgBurn (free). http:www.imgburn.com What speed is the media you're using? If it's newer 16X media, locate some Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim, Made in Japan Sony or Fuji 2.4X-4X media and try that.
