DVD Burner Error?

    I have a Pioneer DVR-109BK and when I try to burn a movie using DVD Santa it gives me an error:

    it says:

    ERROR TRACE

    KEY,ASC,ASCQ,ASCLEN: 418r3....



    anyone know the problem?

    I had the same problem,and could not find how to fix it so i bought a new burner.. every thing works good now..

    this always happens to me if i try to burn at max speed.....i have an 8X burner, therefore, in order for it to work properly, i turn it down to 4X and it works like a charm.....good luck!
