DVD Burner Has Packed In :(

    I got a Ricoh MP5125A dvdrw/+r about 8 months ago, and everythings been working fine, until today...i burnt about 10 dvd's in a row nonstop(with nero 6.0.0.9)...and then when i went to burn another +r i got an error scsi ide error and unspecified target error...anyone any ideas what has happened..if i have burnt out my burner by using it too much in a short space of time? and if i have what should i do (is it possible to get it fixed?)

    No, you shouldnt have burnt out the laser in a short period of time. use the search messages function at the top of this page and search SCSI error because i have posted details on this error there.
