Hi all... As i thought my dvd rom was spolit, i went to bought a new one. My old dvd rom sometimes can burn sometimes cannot. With the new one, i also face the same problem. Both can still read and play dvds though. Could it be the cable or the external enclosure which is spolit instead? Need help, thanks...
vasilli07- well if possible you could intstall your Drive/Drives internally if they work fine 100% of the time internally then your External enclosure is the problem ! If the problem continues when you install them in your desktop Then it could be the drives ! and or the enclosure ? Not knowing whether your using a desktop or laptop I assumed desktop ! a quick check is if you can hook your external Burner to someone else's computer & don't get the same problem then you have a computer problem ! Try some of these Ideas they may help !
