Dvd burning process failing

    Hi I have used Dvd Shrink for over a year but a couple of days ago I updated from the Microsoft site some things for the XP pack2.
    Ever since then I cannot burn the dvds and I get an error msg saying BURN FAILED.
    Does anyone know how I can undo what I have done and get my DVD Shrink to work and burn normally again? Also I did try to uninstall and reinstalled the latest version in an attempt to fix this problem. Thanks !

    Have you tried a system restore back to before you had the problems?

    Yes I did do the system restore to 2 weeks ago and have uninstalled and reinstalled the DVD Shrink but the problem continues.
