Well, Cheetah DVD burner is just not working anymore. I think they caught on that I kept installing/re-installing it when the 15 day trial period expired. Soooooo....anyway, besides Nero (which I hate) can anyone recommened a free to try or free dvd burner (software) that I can download here from my computer? I have tried Instant, GearDVD, you name it. Nothing works. I just want to put onto a dvd what I have already ripped from DVDShrink. Thanks!

    Hi sugarcoma

Free and good - ImgBurn. If you have a video_ts folder to burn from shrink you'll need to use the build mode in ImgBurn. If it's an iso can just pick the iso and burn.

You can also autoburn w/ ImgBurn and Shrink w/ a little tweak to Shrink.

Thanks Binkie! I just downloaded it. Now, which write speed should I use? Thanks again, Corinne :)

Hmmm write speed to be on the safe side burn at 1/2 the rated speed of the media you are using.

    Tips:
*Use good media like Verbatim or made in Japan only Fuji, Sony or Maxell.
*Keep the firmware of your burner up to date too
