i have dvd xcopy platnium - dvd decrypterand dvd shrink.when i try using platnium it burns 1 ring around dvd+r and says finalizing.when i try using shrink and then decrypter it just sits and gets write errors.can anyone please help?
sounds like a software conflict. Do you have Roxio, Nero, or RecordNow? If you said yes to any of these, you may also have packet writing software installed which you should get rid of. RecordNow comes with DLA - get rid of DLA Nero comes with InCD - get rid of InCD Roxio comes with Drag 2 Disc - get rid of Drag 2 Disc Hopefully that should clear up your problems, although DVD X Copy is notorious for software conflict issues.
