my dvd player can play DVD-R's and this movies because i made a copy of the same film to a dvd-r disc but it didn't play very well and i had to restore my pc because of certain issus and i try to burn the flim again but it doesn't work.

i think the problem may lye in the IFO and BUP files of the dvd because they look different from how they looked before i restored my computer

so if anyone knows a solution or has any advice that would be great

Are you saying you were able to burn the DVD but have playback issues on your standalone? Can you post the log file from Nero, it is in My Computer, Program Files, Ahead, Nero and then Nero History?
