dvd/cd drive problems

I've never seen anything like this...I cannot get any drives to read a cd or dvd until I reload clonedvd2 as a matter of fact, when i start up my computer, the slysoft site comes up, I reload clonedvd2 and my drives will read write and work until i turn off the computer and reload clone dvd2. The computer is a dell 8400 1 year old, and this problem just started the drives show up in device manager, I went through dells troubleshooter, and I don't know what to do nest...spent 14 hours so far trying to fix this mess can someone help. Hi Kayleen,
I have the same or similar problem with AnyDVD. I have to disable it before my drives will recognize any media. Maybe you can work around your problem by disabling the program until it is needed. Prolly easier than reloading it every time.
