   My dvd/ cd rom/burner will not read anything I checked to see if it working properly in device manager and it is. I also tried updating driver and nothing if got the best driver it could have.so I'm out of options and don't know what I can do to fix this if anyone can help it would be much appreciated. Thanks

   Won't read CD's or DVD's? Have you checked ASPI to see if it is corrupt?
