DVD -CD Drive

    Need some help!! My DVD-CD drive is not working..is not reading the CD's that I insert.. I have already tried to unistalled the drive and it didn't work. I get the code 10..The drive is Liteon Atapi dvd w dh16wip..Does someone has any suggestions on what to do?
